No hidden costs, no last minute cost additions. With membership you receive in-person/telemedicine visits, annual labs, annual EKG, and annual physical exam with prescription medication management for chronic healthcare needs (Blood pressure, Thyroid, Diabetes, Mental Health, etc.). Additionally, you have access to our providers for urgent/episodic visits. If you require serial or chronic lab testing for conditions, those labs are provided at a deeply discounted rate (often cost plus a small percentage/service charge). Additionally, we have a relationship with a local imaging center for highly discounted, cash priced imaging to include Xray, CT, and MRI-often with same day appointments!  This is an easy, convenient, affordable, high-quality way to manage your urgent, immediate, and chronic healthcare needs!  No insurance is needed and none accepted. This helps you keep costs low and for your visits to not “hit your plan” therefore not contributing to increased premiums from year to year. This is also a perfect alternative to persons without insurance, self-employed, or service industry persons, or anyone looking for convenience, quality, and lower costs!
