Our Team

As our Chief Healthcare Officer, Rex is responsible for all of our Medical Services. Having cared for patients for the last 25 years in Emergency Medicine, ten of which were as a Nurse Practitioner in the ER, He brings a wealth of experience and training. With fellowships in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, as well as Residency training in Family Medicine & Emergency Medicine, Rex is excited to care for you and your family in all aspects of medical services, from Aesthetics and Wellness, to Primary and Urgent Care. Rex is certified with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), a Certified Allergan Injector, A Certified Biote Provider, and He is a Member and Fellow as well as Board Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Additionally, Rex is licensed as an NP in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, California, Colorado, Utah, and Virginia. A Proud LaGrange Native, Rex graduated from LaGrange College, is Fellowship trained from Emory University, holds graduate degrees from Emory, The University of Florida, and completed double residency at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Jacksonville and Gainesville.

As our Senior Practitioner, Rachel leads our Esthetics Service Line and provides excellent levels of Urgent, Immediate and Primary Care. With 30 years of experience from pre-hospital medicine (EMS), ER nursing, and as an ER provider, Rachel is an expert in providing high level care. A Graduate of Darton College and South University, Rachel still practices Emergency Medicine in a Level 2 trauma center. She is certified with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), a Certified Allergan Injector, A Certified Biote Provider and she teaches in the Paramedic and Nursing programs at Darton College and she precepts Nurse Practitioner Students. In her free time, she enjoys family, travel, and Georgia football. She and Rex have worked together for ten years and are very close friends as well as trusted colleagues. Rachel is licensed in Georgia and Florida with additional licenses to come

Belinda brings her expertise in medical office management and patient care provision to our practice. She has a wealth of experience in high volume medical office settings, the most amazing eye for detail and talent for organization that we have ever encountered. Happily married to Matt, She has two college aged children, Kain & Kailyn that keep her busy and on her toes. She enjoys Auburn football, family adventures, travel, and telling Rex what to do. She is also Rex’s cousin and he adores her…and she adores him!  She has proven to be an invaluable addition to our practice and she takes the very best care of our clients and the providers.

As our Medical Director, Dr. Gallanter (Tish) brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our practice. She collaborates and supervises our team of clinicians while offering valuable insight, class, and humor to the practice. She is residency trained in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine with Board Certification in Emergency Medicine. In addition to Med2You, Dr. Gallanter maintains an active and busy practice at the University of Florida-Shands Jacksonville Level One trauma Center, where she teaches residents, and Baptist Medical Center-Jacksonville Beach. She is certified with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, an Allergan certified instructor, and Board Certified with the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Tish is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical College with internship at Albany Medical College in New York. Her Residency was completed at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She began her career in Emergency Medicine 25 years ago as a Volunteer Firefighter in Stamford, NY. Additionally, she has served as Medical Director for the EMS training program at Florida State College and for the Jacksonville Beach SWAT team. She enjoys sports, running, weightlifting, mountain biking, hiking, and soccer. She is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars football fan and has a passion for world travel with friends and family. Of note, she was Rex’s residency coordinator for his Emergency Medicine training. They have been close friends and trusted colleagues for 17 years.
